MY STORY

Hey fellow wanderers! 🌍✨ I'm Alex, a serial expat, having experienced the expat life in 5 countries so far (Cote d’Ivoire, France, England, Latvia and Ireland). For over a decade, I rode the tech wave, enjoying all the perks – free business trips, remote offices, new countries every month, private parties, and a buffet of office-free food from morning to evening.

But amid the benefits, I felt empty, nagging for that something that would fulfil me and bring more creativity and passion in my life besides my career.

Life threw me a curveball – burnout hit hard, affecting my health and relationships. I also experienced being laid off which confirmed the fact that job security is a myth.

But you know what they say, necessity is the mother of reinvention.

My remedy? Travel and photography became my oxygen, breathing life into my tech- soul.

Now, I've uncovered my ikigai or reason for being – helping fellow tech warriors break free from burnout, discover their passions, and craft a life that's a blend of personal joy, career fulfilment, and unwavering passion.

Digital nomad and expat living became my canvas, and I painted my journey by funding my adventures through photography and running a blog. Affiliate marketing, drop shipping, consulting – you name it, I've spun my own digital web.
